Joe Napoli WLTCNJ President
Joe Napoli is the President of the "Worlds Longest Throw Club-New Jersey" and Mid-Atlantic Chairman for the "National Throws Coaches Association".  Joe was recruited by 1972 Olympic hammer thrower Al Schoterman and attended Kent State University on a full scholarship in Track and Field where he graduated in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education.  During his Junior and Senior years at KSU Joe was named Co-Captain of the Track and Field team.  Coach Napoli's knowledge, passion and versatility in all of the throwing events made him a force to be reckoned with.
 
Some Accomplishments:  

-All-American: USATF Masters Discus 2004 & 2005
-4x Mid-American Conference Shot/Discus Champion  
-Former KSU School
and MAC record holder in the Discus
-Collegiate bests: (S-57'-11", D-185'-4", J-207'-11" H-184'-7", 35lb.-59'-9")
-Post Collegiate: Discus-187'-10" / Shot put 59'-0"
-All-American: St. Peter's Boy's HS S.I., N.Y. (S-60'-4", D-179'-7", J-185'-10", H-175'-0" 25lb- 52'-0")

 
Joe and his wife Ellen live in Howell, NJ and he proudly works for Colavita USA (Italian Olive Oil Company) as the Operations Manager.  He enjoys family time together and stays very active training his three daughters Brittany, Samantha and Priscilla.
